FunFest 2023 (v. 31) competitions will take place on the Sandhills Community College campus on Friday, April 21, 2023.

FunFest is a collaborative event that partners Sandhills Community College with Moore County Schools Career and Technical Education (CTE) to provide competitive events for high school and middle school students.


Here are the important dates to know:

  • For competitions requiring physical submissions (i.e. bridges, cars, etc…), submissions may be made to SCC by schools on the following dates and times:
    • Wednesday, April 12, 2023 from 2:00-4:00 pm in Little Hall 153
    • Thursday, April 13, 2023 from 2:00-4:00 pm in Little Hall 153
  • For competitions requiring file submissions, see the competition rules for submission instructions.
  • FunFest results will be announced at the awards ceremony on Friday, April 21, 2023.
