The Math Lab

Don’t think you can’t do well in college math. SCC mathematics faculty will make sure you can triumph over your problems (pun intended).

The Math Lab at Sandhills Community College is staffed by both full-time and part-time mathematics faculty who are dedicated to helping our students succeed in their math courses. There is no charge for their services.

The Math Lab is located in 205 Logan Hall on the Pinehurst Campus and Johnson 109 at the Hoke Center. No appointment is necessary – you can drop in any time that the lab is open to get help with math or just to work on your coursework and receive help if needed. Unless otherwise stated, help is available for all MAT classes.

The Drop-In Math Lab will be closed the following days during the Spring 2024 semester:

• March 4^th – March 7^th: Spring Break
• March 13^th: Will close early at 12:00 PM
• March 14^th
• April 1^st – April 2^nd: Easter Break
• April 24^th: Will be closed from 10:45 AM – 1:00 PM for Awards Day
