about helping people turn vision into momentum. As Director of the Small Business
Center at Sandhills Community College, Holden draws on decades of entrepreneurial
experience, military leadership, and community service to guide aspiring and established
entrepreneurs across Moore and Hoke counties.

For Frederick “Freddy” Ray, music is more than a creative outlet—it’s a way to connect
with and support students at Sandhills Community College. A longtime member of the
college’s housekeeping team, Freddy combines his passion for music with daily interactions
across campus, offering encouragement and inspiration to students as they work toward
their educational goals.
