Set Up Your Direct Deposit Refund Account

Direct deposit allows you to receive your refunds safely and conveniently without waiting for a check to arrive. 

 

Steps to Direct Deposit

  1. Log into Self-Service.
  2. Click on Banking Information.
  3. Select "Add an Account."
  4. Click the "Activate" button and then "Next."
  5. Enter and review your banking information, agree to terms and conditions, and submit.

 

Note

  • For issues logging into Self-Service, call (910) 695-3999.
  • Account verification takes 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification once your account is verified.
  • Banking information must be entered no later than the Tuesday BEFORE the next disbursement date.
  • Sandhills Community College is NOT responsible for banking information entered incorrectly or late.
