Logging In for the First Time

1. Press the Envelope Key or dial 9999.
2. Enter your PIN that was provided followed by the # key.
3. Dial 7 to change your PIN (if you wish).
4. Dial 8 to record your greeting.

Record Your Name for Voicemail

1. Press the Envelope Key.
2. Enter your PIN followed by the # key.
3. Press 9 for options.
4. Press 5 to record your name.

Bluetooth Connection

1. Press [Menu] and find the [Basic] item.
   
2. Scroll and find the [Bluetooth] item to enter the setup interface.
3. Select Bluetooth and use the left and right keys to enable Bluetooth. Press the [Scan] key to search and select the device to connect it to.

Listening to Your Messages

• Press the [Envelope] Key.
• Enter your PIN Number followed by the # Key.
• Press * to play messages.
• Press 9 for options.
• Press # to exit.

While Listening

• Press 0 for the next message.
• Press 1 for the previous message.
• Press 2 to repeat the message.

• Press 3 to delete the message.
• Press 4 to call back.
• Press 5 to forward to another voicemail box.
• Press 9 for options.
• Press # to exit.

Conference Rooms

• Users can make conference calls with more than 1 person.
• Click on the conference room that has a green light and activate it.
• Others can join the room by pressing the same button of the conference room that you are in.
• If you are not at your phone, you can do this remotely by calling on your smartphone and entering the conference room code (E.g. 331)

Additional Options

• Dial 9 to reach options once you are logged into voicemail:
• Press * to play messages.
• Press 1 to change profile status.
• Press 3 to dial a number.
• Press 4 to delete all read messages.
• Press 5 to change your self identification message.
• Press 6 to play mailbox information.
• Press 7 to change your voicemail PIN number.
• Press 8 to change your greeting.
• Press 9 to repeat the options.
• Press # to exit.
