Report a Non-Academic Violation

Non-academic violations are behaviors that include, but are not limited to, alcohol, disorderly conduct, drugs, hazing, harassment, physical violence, or other violations of college policies, regulations, or rules. To report non-academic misconduct, please use our online reporting form.

 

Report an Academic Integrity Violation

Academic violations are behaviors that include, but are not limited to, cheating, plagiarism or falsifying official records related to the College. General classroom misbehavior is considered a non-academic violation. To report academic misconduct, please use the online reporting form.

 

Report an Equity, Access, and/or Discrimination Concern

At Sandhills, all people should feel safe and included. The Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strives to create a culture where hate and racism are not accepted.  Freedom of expression is a cherished right of all while we respect our differences. As we continue to grow our ability to listen, learn and be fair to each other, we use these tools to grow our community, its collaboration and gain civil respect for each other.

We want to know if discrimination, hate speech, or a crime occurs within our campus community. This includes on-campus and/or virtual interactions. If you see or experience something, please say something. If you have experienced incidents of bias or discrimination, please reach out for support using the online reporting form. If the concern sexual in nature, please report as a Title IX Violation.

 

Report Title IX Violations in the Areas of Sexual Misconduct and Sex-Based Discrimination

Sexual misconduct of various forms, including, but not limited to: sexual harassment; sexual violence; gender-based harassment; intimate partner violence; stalking; intimidation; and retaliation. This includes sex- based discrimination in college programs and activities. The Title IX office works to address these concerns. To report any of these violations, please use the online reporting form.

 

Report Concerning, Worrisome, or Harmful Behaviors

Faculty, staff, students, and guests are encouraged to use the online reporting form to report behavior that they perceive as concerning, worrisome, or harmful.
