ATEX is currently hiring for:
- Intricate Assembly Technician - Precision small component assembly
- Quality Inspection Technician - Visual inspection of finished products using tools and gauges
- Weave Technician - Loom setup, startup and monitoring
- Starting pay - $17.50 per hour for all positions
- Available shifts - 3-11 p.m. and 11 p.m.-7 a.m.

This training is offered through a partnership between Sandhills Community College Workforce Development and ATEX Technologies, a local medical textile manufacturer. The partnership helps ensure participants gain relevant skills while connecting directly with employment and long-term career growth opportunities in medical manufacturing.

Fee: Fee-waiver eligible for those who qualify
