
Employability Skills/Durability Skills
This course equips participants with essential workplace skills, including communication, teamwork and professionalism, while fostering critical thinking and problem solving abilities for challenging situations. Students also build durable skills such as self-leadership, resilience and emotional intelligence, enabling them to navigate decision making, conflict resolution and adaptability with a growth mindset in dynamic work environments.

Participation is $185. Fee can be waived.
Orientation
Orientation is required. Orientations are offered monthly in both Moore and Hoke Counties. With a valid score on the assessment, students will be placed in the appropriate level class.
