
Career Planning/Decision Making & Employability Motivation
This course empowers participants to uncover their personal motivations, passions, and natural strengths to align those strengths with meaningful career opportunities. Through tools like PRISM and reflective exercises used in PowerU, students identify their unique behaviors and values, articulate their personal "why," and develop a clear plan to thrivein environments that support their purpose and goals. The second half of the semester will focus on career decision making and employability motivation!
