2.9.2 Special Events Scheduling

Special events are non-curricular activities which require space and logistical support of special equipment. Examples are conferences with visiting educational or civic groups, dinners, visiting lecturers, musical presentations, and art shows.

Events to be scheduled in any BPAC facilities should be scheduled through the Office of the Director of Audiovisual Services, and a copy of all information should be sent to the Telecommunication Services Coordinator in the Dempsey Student Center.
