2.13.1 Activation of a Complaint

When filing a complaint, the employee shall use the following guidelines:

Treatment of Complaints
Upon receipt of a complaint, the Chairman of the SCC Board of Trustees will determine the nature of the complaint. Complaints will then be reviewed under the direction and oversight by such person(s) as the Board Chair determines to be appropriate. Confidentiality will be maintained to the fullest extent possible, consistent with the need to conduct an adequate review. Prompt and appropriate corrective action will be taken when and as warranted in the judgment of the Chairman of the SCC Board of Trustees.
