It shall be the policy of Sandhills Community College to be in compliance with the Federal Occupational Safety & Health Act of 1970 (PL 91-596). The College shall comply with occupational safety and health standards and all rules, regulations, and orders issued pursuant to college policies developed for the purpose of implementation of the Act.
