Sandhills Community College will establish and maintain an ongoing planning process which provides for the development of a College Strategic Plan (CSP). The CSP will allow for a systematic review and allocation of all campus resources. The CSP will include, but is not limited to, an examination and budgetary recommendation of these key elements: programs, personnel, facilities, equipment/technology.
