Sandhills Community College has partnered with Henry & Henry Logistics, Southern Pines,
to offer onsite training for open positions for van drivers with routes currently
in Moore County. Those who attend the pre-employment training are eligible for guaranteed
interviews for positions with pay starting at $20-25 an hour.
The event will be held on Tuesday, July 28, and Wednesday, July 29, from 6 to 8 p.m.
on the Pinehurst Campus at 3395 Airport Road.
Requirements include: must be at least 21 years old; valid North Carolina driver’s license; never been convicted of DWI or DUI; have an
acceptable criminal and driving record; physically fit and responsible; and CDL preferred but not required.
