Sandhills Community College has partnered with Dracoe to offer onsite pre-employment
training for open positions for Mechanical Assembly Technician and Electrical Assembly
Technician. Those who attend the no-cost training are eligible for guaranteed interviews
for positions with pay starting at $20 and up.
The event will be held on Wednesday, August 26, and Thursday, August 27, from 7:30
to 10:30 a.m. on the Pinehurst campus.
Dracoe manufactures high-tech drones and related technologies used to support national
defense and security. Their work includes building the aircraft themselves, integrating
sophisticated electronics and sensors, developing the software that allows drones
to operate, and manufacturing components at scale. Everything is focused on producing
reliable, American-made technology that can be deployed quickly when needed. Learn
