STOP!
IF YOU ARE NOT A NEW STUDENT AND HAVE NOT UPDATED YOUR PASSWORD SINCE DECEMBER 16th YOU NEED TO DO SO NOW!
- If you cannot log in, go here and set up your account again as if you were a new user.
- Once done, you should be able to log in to your email.
- You still need to set up two methods for Password Recovery:
- In your email, select your profile/initials in the upper-right corner then:
- View account > Security info > Update info to add another method (complete directions).
- NOTE: If on a phone, you may have to open a browser window and go to office.com to access your profile.
- View account > Security info > Update info to add another method (complete directions).
- In your email, select your profile/initials in the upper-right corner then:
- Once your password is reset, wait 15 minutes and you should be able to access all of your accounts.
- If you can log in, select your profile/initials in the upper-right corner then:
- View account > Password > Change Password
- NOTE: If on a phone, you may have to open a browser window and go to office.com to access your profile.
- You also need two methods for Password Recovery:
- Security info > Update info to add another method (complete directions).
- Once your password is reset, wait 15 minutes and you should be able to access all of your accounts.
- View account > Password > Change Password
- NOTE: If you save passwords in your browser, make sure you type the new one to overwrite the old one.
