An experienced Sandhills Community College employee and longtime resident of Hoke County has been named as the new Senior Director of Engagement, Public Relations and Community Programming for Hoke County. Rosa McAllister-McRae, Ed. D., has assumed the new role immediately and is eager to make connections to benefit the students, families, businesses and citizens in Hoke County.
