Improve Career Skills in September

Confident focused businesswoman speaking to people at business negotiationsLearn how to get ahead in interviews and the workplace this September. The Continuing Education Career Development department’s goal is to assist students in assessing interests, personality traits, and abilities in setting career and educational goals, and in creating a pathway that will lead to economic, social, and educational success.

Two classes in the Revamp Your Career Series will be offered in September: “Work Attitudes and Behaviors” and “Ace the Job Interview.” Match skills with an existing job or develop a training plan to learn new skills, explore career opportunities, and develop a written plan of action. We will show students how to sell themselves and stand out from other applicants in an interview. Call Pamela Alsobrook at (910) 944-7697 for more information and to register.
