CPR for Healthcare Providers Classes to Begin at SCC in April

Students practicing CPR on mannequin. Sandhills Community College Continuing Education’s Public Safety department is offering a CPR class for healthcare providers in April. The department works in partnership with multiple accrediting agencies to provide training, certification and recertification, and specialty programs to assist the needs of local public safety agencies.

“CPR for Healthcare Providers” is for healthcare professionals who need to know how to perform CPR and other lifesaving skills in a wide variety of in-hospital and out-of-hospital settings.

“CPR for Healthcare Providers” will be held on Saturday, April 25 from 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. The cost is $50 plus a $4 card fee.


Register in the Sandhills Community College Continuing Education office located on the first floor of Van Dusen Hall. Registration by phone with a credit card can be made by calling (910) 695-3980. Registration hours are Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. and Fridays 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.
