Russell Fitness Center

The Russell Fitness Center is located upstairs in Dempsey Student Center and is for the use of current students and the faculty and staff of the college.

The center contains treadmills, cross-trainers, and stationary bicycles for cardio workouts. Functional training can be done on upper and lower body equipment, back and abdominal machines, a Smith machine, power rack, cable machine, Roman Chair, and calf workout equipment. Stability balls, exercise balls, medicine balls weighted bars, balls, and dumbbells are available for use.‚

Physical Fitness Technology students offer free Personal Training services as well as performing assessments.

Closed on Fridays during the Summer Semester and all weekdays when there are no classes between semesters.

Group Circuit training/Boot Camp

This class will introduce you to various exercises and fitness equipment used to improve aerobic fitness, strength, flexibility, and balance; including dumbbells, weighted bars, kettlebells, elastic bands, and medicine balls
