Nursing – BSN Options
Associate in General Education-Nursing
All prospective Nursing students at Sandhills are assigned to the Associate in General Education-Nursing major (AGE-N) upon enrollment. This degree includes all of the general education courses required for the Associate Degree in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at most North Carolina universities. There are no clinical classes in this program. Upon acceptance into the ADN or RIBN program, students majors will be changed by the admissions office.
Students who have previously graduated with an Associate Degree in Nursing can use this program to complete general education courses needed for a BSN.
