Please stop by the Audiovisual Office located in Wellard Hall 106 to receive an information packet and to speak to the Auditorium Director.

• Anyone renting Owens Auditorium will be required to carry an insurance policy of General Liability in amounts no less than $300,000.00. SCC needs to be listed as additional insured on the policy
   
• A deposit in the amount of $150.00 is needed to hold the facility.
   
• No alcoholic beverages can be sold or consumed on SCC premises.
   
• No food or beverages are allowed inside the facility.
   
• A marquee sign is available to post auditorium event information.
   
• A secondary sound system is available when contracting the facility.
   
• The concert sound system and/or video system are available only with an approved contracted operator.

Custodial services are included in the above fees.

Security fees are included if they do not exceed the below listed times. An additional security charge will be billed at the rate of $25.00 per hour for auditorium use that extends beyond these hours. This amount will be billed at the end of the scheduled event.

Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM - 1:00 AM
Friday 6:00 AM - 11:00 PM
Saturday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Sunday 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

We do not provide College owned equipment or loading crews.
The College reserves the right to negotiate user fees as exceptions to those above.
