As a business matures, you may need to perform risk assessments, apply for a loan or execute a marketing campaign. In “Project Management for Small Business” learn to apply the tools and techniques of Project Management—Stakeholder Analysis, Communication Planning, and Risk Management—to improve business operations and gain a competitive advantage for your business.
