| GENERAL COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE: Be able to use the following devices. |
- Basic parts of a computer:
- Disk drives: Floppy drive and hard drive.
- Keypad: Alphabet and numerical keys; arrow keys; delete, home, end, page, page up, page down, tab, caps lock, insert, and num lock keys.
- Basic screen operations: Start button, scroll bar, status bar, menus, icons, tool bars, close, minimize, maximize.

- Creating documents.
- Creating file structure on hard drive and saving documents on a removable disk and on hard drive via network.
