Resort and Spa Management

The spa management curriculum prepares student to understand and apply the administration and practical skills needed for supervisory and managerial positions in day spas, resorts, medical spas and other spa managerial settings.

Coursework includes management, law, requirements and scope of practice, ethics, services, marketing and other areas critical to the success of personnel in the spa industry.

Upon completion, graduates should qualify for supervisory and entry-level management positions in a variety of spa settings, including spa manager assistant manager, and head therapist/stylist. Opportunities also include spa design, marketing, menu creation and consultation.
