Do you like manicures and artificial nails? The Nail Technology program
offers an opportunity to become a skilled manicurist. This program can be completed in only one semester.
The
NC State Board of Cosmetology requires 300 clock hours of education. In
this curriculum you will be introduced to the history of nail care, the
sciences of manicuring and pedicuring, the procedures needed to apply
acrylic nails, gel nails and nail tips and a basic knowledge about the
business of nail technology.
After completing the program, you will be able to apply for the
licensing exam and upon completion, become a licensed Manicurist.
