The North Carolina State Board of Cosmetology allows us to offer an Internship opportunity to each student who qualifies.
Students are allowed to complete 10% of their education in an approved
salon. This time is in addition to the regularly scheduled classes and
is to be spent learning and observing salon practices.
This means that after a student has 600 clock hours of Cosmetology
training and has completed the appropriate amount of performances, they
can begin training in an approved salon. All forms and state board
rules must be explained to students and the salon owner and they must
be signed and sent to the NS State Board of Cosmetology prior to
beginning this part of the education.
If you are interested in this opportunity, the program will be explained to you by one of our instructors.
