TRAINING
The increasing sophistication of automotive technology means that prospective technicians must obtain sufficient training and education. By combining both lab experiences and classroom instruction, the Automotive Systems Technology program at Sandhills Community College prepares students for employment as automotive service technicians. After completion of the curriculum, students should be prepared to take their ASE exam and be ready for full-time employment in repair shops or dealerships in the automotive service industry.
