Basic Skills

Main Page
The Basic Skills Programs provide educational opportunities at no cost to adults who would like to improve their ability to function effectively in society or on the job. At each level, students follow individual learning plans designed to help them meet their unique goals. This enables students to learn at their own pace with one-on-one assistance from an instructor as needed.
Classes are available during the daytime and evening hours at several convenient locations in Moore and Hoke counties. Students may enroll in the class of their choice if space allows at any time during the school year. Specific program areas are described on the links above.

Basic Skills Education includes:

Adult Basic Education (ABE)
Adult High School (AHS)
Compensatory Education (Comp. Ed.)
