To check your grades at any point in your Blackboard course, follow these steps:
- Click the "Course Tools" link on the course menu and then click the "My Grades" link to view your grades:

- When the ""View Grades" page appears, you will see columns for the type of assessment used in your course. These may be quizzes, tests, discussion forums, exams, reports, etc. Your professor may choose to show the "Weighted Total" column and list a grade. This column, if provided, will show you your current average in the course. Your instructor has the option to show you your average and count all ungraded assignments or to show you your average based only upon the work that has been graded. In the example below, the student's grades for one assignment was a 95. The "Weighted Total" column displays the course average as 95%. If the instructor, however, decided to count every type of assessment, even if not graded or submitted, then the grade would be much lower until the end of the course when all work had been submitted and graded. Your "Course Syllabus" will inform you about how your final course grade will be determined and if some assignments are given more weight (a larger percentage) toward the final course grade.

- Please note in the image above that the "Film Report" assignment received a grade of "95." If you click that grade, a "Review Assignment" page will appear with the instructor's comments. The instructor may also attach a file that you can download and review on your computer:
