Scholarship List - Engineering

 

Breakthrough Scholars Scholarships   Awarded to first-year students enrolled in any Engineering Technology Program.  Students must demonstrate academic promise, financial need and a potential for success. A preference is given to first generation college students. Recipient may continue second year if qualified.  

The Wellard Scholarship Fund   Preference to student seeking a two-year Engineering or Computer Technology degree or college transfer program. The student must demonstrate a dedication to their program and a potential for success.  The recipient must maintain 3.0 GPA and may receive a second year if eligible. 

The T. T. Hayes Memorial Scholarship   Awarded to a rising second year Architectural Technology student who has exhibited satisfactory progress in the first year of the program and is in financial need. 

C.H. “Pat” Blue Memorial Surveying Scholarship    A first or second year student enrolled in Surveying Technology with financial need and a demonstrated potential for success.  The student must maintain 3.0 GPA.  

The Reynold S. Davenport Scholarship   First year student enrolled in Civil Engineering or Surveying Technology.  Recommendations for applicants should reflect the student’s potential for success.

The Risden & Ruth Bennett Scholarship    Awarded to a second year student in Civil Engineering Technology who demonstrates financial need. 

The Stephen N. Martin, Jr. and Annette K. Martin Endowed Memorial Fund   Awarded to a second-year student in Architectural or Civil Engineering Technology who has demonstrated a potential for success in the first year of studies and who has financial need.
